Common Questions

No. You can schedule directly with us for most drug and alcohol testing — no doctor's order required.

Yes. For many personal and employer-requested tests we coordinate mobile collection. Legal or court-ordered cases may require collection at our certified partner facility — your coordinator confirms before you book.

Urine tests often return in 24–48 hours after the lab receives your sample. Hair and blood timelines vary — your coordinator gives a clear estimate for your test type.

Yes. We do not share your results with employers, insurers, or third parties without your authorization. Results go to you — and only you — unless your legal or employer process requires otherwise (your coordinator explains this upfront).

Yes — when you need court-admissible results, we use certified chain-of-custody (COC) collection following strict protocols, which is what makes results defensible in court, probation, and custody cases. Tell your coordinator it is for legal use and they will set up the right documented collection.

Individual drug tests start at $69 for a 5-panel, with 10-panel and specialty panels priced higher; ETG alcohol testing is $79. A mobile collection service fee also applies based on your distance from our Rolling Meadows location and is confirmed at booking. Call (219) 315-0345 for an exact quote.

No — fentanyl is not included in standard 5-panel or 10-panel drug tests. You need to specifically request a panel that includes fentanyl, like our 10-Panel + Fentanyl or 9-Panel + Fentanyl tests. We offer both at this location.

Kratom does not show up on standard drug panels. It requires a specific Kratom (Mitragynine) test. We offer kratom testing — it's one of the few local locations that does.

Yes — any panel that includes benzodiazepines (BZO) will detect Xanax, Valium, Klonopin, and similar drugs. Our 9-panel and 10-panel tests include benzodiazepine screening.

Standard panels do not include MDMA. You need a panel that specifically lists MDMA — several of our panels include it. Check our test options or call us to confirm.

No — a standard 5-panel does not test for alcohol. If you need alcohol included, choose our 5-Panel + Alcohol test which adds ETOH screening.

A 10-panel drug test screens for marijuana, cocaine, opiates, amphetamines, methamphetamine, PCP, benzodiazepines, barbiturates, methadone, and propoxyphene. Our expanded 10-panel also includes oxycodone and other opioids.

Fentanyl typically stays detectable in urine for 1 to 3 days after last use, though this varies by frequency of use and individual metabolism. A specific fentanyl test is required — it will not appear on a standard panel.

Only if the test specifically screens for Mitragynine, the active compound in kratom. We offer a dedicated kratom urine test at this location — call us at (219) 315-0345 if you need it.
