Mobile TB testing and occupational health titers — Chicagoland Illinois

We bring TB testing (QuantiFERON-TB Gold) and immunity titers — MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella — directly to your facility in Chicagoland. No sending staff to outside labs. We come to your office, clinic, or school district.

Organized onsite blood draws for employee health and compliance teams—aligned to the requisition, not improvised clinic referrals.

QuantiFERON-TB Gold Plus occupational health setup: labeled blood collection tubes (filled and empty), product box for in vitro diagnostic use, and TB screening checklist—OnSite Employer Testing branding visible.
TB IGRA blood work such as QuantiFERON-TB Gold Plus follows your employee health requisition—tube kit sourcing, volumes, and lab routing as your program defines.

Built for employee health and compliance teams

Healthcare employers, school systems, and institutional HR teams often need documented TB screening or immunity titers for new hires, annual compliance, or credentialing windows. We support onsite blood-draw events that help employers complete those requirements without sending every employee to a separate clinic appointment.

For a grouped employer view of TB screening, titers, lab panels, and wellness collection support, see occupational health services overview.

Common use cases

This service is commonly used for:

  • Onboarding clinical staff

  • Annual employee health compliance

  • School or district staff requirements

  • Institutional immunity documentation

  • Organized TB screening campaigns

What can be included

Depending on the requisition, an event may include:

  • QuantiFERON-TB Gold or other approved IGRA testing

  • MMR titers

  • Hepatitis B surface antibody

  • Varicella titers

  • Other authorized immunity-related panels

Only list what the lab order actually supports.

Why employers choose onsite collection

Onsite collection helps employers:

  • Improve completion rates

  • Reduce repeat scheduling

  • Keep staff on campus

  • Simplify logistics for onboarding cohorts

  • Coordinate with employee-health teams more efficiently

What the employer needs to provide

Before the event, the employer should provide:

  • Requisitions or kit instructions

  • Participant count

  • Collection location

  • Timing windows

  • Any fasting or prep guidance

  • The clinical result workflow on their side

What we do and what we do not do

We handle collection logistics, specimen handling, and event coordination. We do not replace the employer's employee-health office, infection-control team, or medical result interpretation process.

Voluntary wellness screening events follow a different workflow; see biometric screenings when that is the need. General employer blood collection discipline also appears under blood testing.

Frequently asked questions

Can TB Gold and titers be done in one event?

Often yes, when the requisition and specimen requirements align. Confirm the full panel with your employee health department before promising employees a one-stick experience.

Is this the same as a DOT blood test?

No. This is an occupational health blood-draw service, not a drug-testing page. DOT collections follow DOT drug testing rules when substance testing is the goal.

Can you support large onboarding groups?

Yes, when the event is planned with the correct staffing and logistics. Share headcount and site details during intake.
